What is the difference between a custom website design and a website template?
A custom design is created just for your organization, is unique to your branding and built to serve your specific website goals and needs. A template is a generic premade look that you can use with minor modifications. A template can save time and money, but may not be a practical long term solution.
Can All Pro Webworks update my website after it’s built?
Yes, websites are fluid and can be updated frequently. We take the hassle out of updating your website by making the changes for you and can keep it looking fresh and aesthetically pleasing. We offer monthly maintenance plans or pay as you go maintenance, depending on how often you need changes and updates made. To submit changes, simply email us the details. Be sure to include your website address, what page needs the modifications and the specific details of the changes. Maintenance includes text and image updates to existing pages. New pages or layout modifications are an additional cost.
Can I update the website myself?
We build our websites in standard programming languages that can be updated by most website programmers. If you do not have programming knowledge and would like to make your own website updates, we can setup a Content Management System (CMS) at an additional cost where you can make basic website updates using your web browser.
I need to send you large files that are too big to deliver by email. What can I do?
We often receive large logo files, big groups of images and content for websites. To make this easier for our clients, we have a special portal on our website to upload files to us.
What are stock photos?
Stock photos are images that can be purchased for use on your website. Photos can brighten a website and make the page look more interesting and inviting to the viewer. If you do not have photos for certain pages, stock photos can be supplemented. Stock photos are sold over and over and you may see the photo you chose for your website on other websites as well.
How do I transfer my website hosting to All Pro Webworks?
If you already have a domain, just supply us with your registrar username and password so we can access your domain and change the DNS to our servers. If you have a pre-existing website, we will also need your current hosting login to download the website and move it to our servers. Be sure to tell us about any email accounts needed so we can set them up for you. If you do not have login access, you need to contact your current registrar or hosting provider to get the login information.
What are your name servers?
If you are changing your domain DNS to host with us or purchasing a new domain to host with us, our name servers are:
NS1.ALLPROWEBWORKS.COM
NS2.ALLPROWEBWORKS.COM
Only change the DNS if you are fully aware of how to do this, as it can disable your email and website if done incorrectly. We are happy to do this for you.
How do I access my email?
We are happy to help you setup your email if you’re having any issues logging in. If we are hosting your email, your login information is as follows:
Username: user@domain.com
Password: password
Incoming Server: mail.domain.com
Outgoing Server: mail.domain.com
Incoming Port: 110
Outgoing Port: 25 or 26
In Outlook, ensure box is checked for "My outgoing server (SMTP) requires authentication" and select "Use same settings as my incoming mail server."
To change password, go to domain.com/webmail, enter login information and click on "Change Password" in bottom left corner.
