The Process

Website Consultation: We listen to you to understand your needs, objectives and goals. We dream with you to discover your website vision and how your organization can best utilize the web and its powerful tools and marketing abilities.

Cost Estimate: Based on your needs, we compile an estimate of options and services to help you achieve your website objectives.

Design Call: We talk with you about design ideas, look at sites you like the look of and develop a mental concept of how the website will look and act.

Collect Branding Pieces: In order to create a professional design, we need your logo, colors and any existing marketing materials that you would the website to match in keeping your branding consistent. If you don’t have an existing look, we can work with you to create a new look. If we are creating your logo, this needs to be completed and approved before we start the website design.

Design Mockup: You will receive a screenshot of the new website design for your review and critique. We refine the look based on your input until it is approved.

Collect Additional Content: Any additional text, images and content that we have not yet received from you should now be submitted to allow us to develop and fill the website. If we are writing your content, this needs approved before we start coding the website.

Development and Coding: We code the approved design into a fully functional website, creating the foundational files, layout templates, navigational structure, pages and any special features. We organize and format your text and images, find and purchase stock photos and collect associated logos and links from the internet and implement them on your new website.

Website Review: You are given a temporary link to review the new website on the internet and send us any modifications you have. We continue to update the website until it is approved.

Website Launch: Upon approval of the new website, we make it live on your domain name for the public to see and use. If there is a remaining balance owed, it must be paid before launching the website.

Training: If you will be updating the website yourself, we perform training over the phone to ensure you are ready to take full advantage of your new website and the features it provides.

Internet Marketing: Once the website is live we can begin optimizing it on the Search Engines to build position ranking for those who purchased optimization.

Maintenance and Updates: As you grow and change, so can your website. New developments, staff changes, events, tweaks and updates can all be handled under our monthly maintenance plans or pay as you go maintenance. Just email us your changes so we can update your website and keep it looking fresh and aesthetically pleasing.
